From profession to vocation

After years of working in marketing, I realized that my career path within a large corporation was gradually losing its fulfillment. I couldn't express my individual sense of purpose. So I set out to find my calling: making people healthy and happy.

Many people complain about their lives every day, yet are unwilling to make changes until it's too late and their bodies force them to. Tensions, headaches, back problems, and slowly but surely increasing obesity are alarming signs that we need to take action. Deep down, we all know something needs to change, but all too often we ignore these signs and cling to our familiar routines, even when we're clearly not feeling well. We're trapped by our own structures.

Statements like "That's just life" contribute to us accepting all our symptoms as normal. The next step: burnout, anxiety, depression, stroke, or cancer. The body no longer functions properly, and if we continue as before, our future won't look bright. The body forces us to slow down, but sometimes we have to let it burn out completely to recognize this. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I see happening all too often. And I want to prevent it.

Awareness is the key

Why is transformation so difficult? Most people are quite unconscious and are primarily controlled by their ego. Unnoticed, it influences our behavior or prevents us from moving forward where we actually want to. When we truly engage with ourselves and begin to be mindful, we can perceive the programs of the subconscious and make conscious decisions.

Until external circumstances no longer influence our inner well-being and other people no longer trigger us. Some call it peace of mind. I call it the state of absolute mental health. This is where you will find true happiness, abundance, and love. Completely without esoteric nonsense and endless meditation.

"A huge compliment to you. It's sensational how you reach people. Absolutely inspiring, how you reach them!" "For me, you are a great asset to this world."
